We are looking for support staff to join our dedicated team in Trowbridge. You don’t need to have experience as we offer a full induction program and training to all of our new starters. As Waking night support worker you will be required to provide a range of support including personal care and maintaining clean and hygienic accommodation contributing to the effective housekeeping of the service. You will need to work constructively and professionally with other staff and build friendly, informative and professional relationships with families, carers and advocates of the people we support. This is a physically demanding role and staff will need to have the confidence to deal with the challenging behaviours that autism can present.
Successful applicants will be required to provide a range of support including help with personal care and assisting our service users to develop their social and home skills. You need to be aged over 18 and if successful you will be required to work a shift pattern of 10pm to 8am and follow a rolling shift pattern which will include weekend duties.
