This is your chance play a vital role in the project team setting up our new Nottingham hospital. Once the hospital is open in February 2017, you’ll manage more than one clinical team while overseeing the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of planned care for patients. Your diverse role will include overseeing stock systems, embedding clinical governance and risk management and marketing the service. Focused on maintaining our patients’ privacy and dignity and promoting equality and diversity, you’ll develop your team to do the right thing and succeed together.

Job Requirements

To shine in this role, you’ll need considerable experience as a senior nurse within a ward environment. NMC registered with substantial CPD in management and other related subjects, you’ll have expert knowledge of clinical practice. You’ll also have a proven track record of working in collaboration with consultants to explore and challenge existing practices while enhancing services and standards. Ready to be challenged and deal with challenging situations, you’ll have strong influencing and negotiation skills. Above all, you’ll share our passion for caring and putting patients at the heart of everything we do.
