Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced registered nurse to join our dynamic and enthusiatic team as a Ward Sister/Charge Nurse. The post is on a secondment basis for 12 months to cover maternity leave. Otter ward is a 24 bedded specialist surgery in-patient Unit, looking after Patients under the care of Plastic and reconstructive surgery, Ear nose and throat, Maxillofacial and Ophthalmology. We have a dynamic and enthusiastic team on Otter ward, who need a strong clinical role model to help support and enhance their learning. We are looking for an experienced registered nurse with recent specialist surgical experience, to supervise and mentor junior colleagues within the acute surgical care setting.
