Join an experienced team of nurses, clinicians and staff to be part of Turning Point’s new integrated community and prison based drug and alcohol service across Leicester and Leicestershire.
You will bring your nursing skills to support people in innovative, flexible and person–centered ways to improve their health and wellbeing.
Flexibility is offered around working times and we have a range of full and part time roles available in various locations: The city and county, acute hospital and prison based.
We’re looking for talented and qualified RGNs/ RMNs with hands–on clinical knowledge and experience of working as part of a team. As one of our nurses, we also expect you to share our innovative approach and passion for person–centered care. Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council, you’ll be able to use clear clinical judgment and encourage a culture of on-going improvement. Roles include delivering health checks and interventions, supporting service users through detoxification from alcohol or drugs in community and secure settings, delivering brief advice, providing vaccinations and testing for blood borne viruses, supporting our pathways with mental health, acute and primary care, and health interventions and provision of medication to prisoners.
