Health Education England working in the Thames Valley are looking for a highly experienced individual to manage specific programmes of work supporting the transformation of the workforce in the Thames Valley across all disciplines.
The work streams involve a wide variety of stakeholders across healthcare providers and commissioners, education providers, Local Authorities, regulators and professional bodies. The post holder will be required to work in collaboration with medical and non medical teams demonstrating effective matrix working across the whole system and ensuring the workforce information they present provides a compelling vision for the workforce of the future. The ability to present complex information in a format most accessible to the intended audience is a crucial element of this role.
Excellent time management skills along with highly-developed numerical and analytical ability will be required to prioritise workload and meet deadlines effectively.
This role requires a good understanding and appreciation of workforce issues and challenges within the NHS; as well as excellent communication skills and an ability to motivate and engage others.
