Anchor Homes provide 24 hour residential and nursing care, offering a high standard of service but with a philosophy that promotes independence. Some Anchor homes offer specialised services for people with mental health problems, or more substantial physical needs.
We encourage the sharing of good practice and the development of knowledge, skills and potential and will respect professional standards. We work together in teams and in partnership with other organisations when this will add value to the work that we do. Staff development is a key priority at Anchor Homes, there is a study program in place to support the development of our staff and we have our own NVQ assessment centre, which enables staff to achieve qualifications in care, catering and administration.
