- Selected, thoroughly interviewed and assessed by our professionally qualified Consultant Nurse.
- Checked against criminal records (CRB)
- Checked for current registration with the NMC (valid PIN card)
- Ensured all mandatory training is up to date.
- Reference checked from at least 2 previous employers, including most recent
- Health checked to ensure suitability for duties to which she/he may be assigned
