Shaw healthcare’s motto is ‘care is our business’ and caring is our business : we are entrusted with the care of very vulnerable people, both young and old, in specialist care homes, hospitals and in people’s own homes.

Our staff give this care day and night as though to their own family and they do this because of their expectations of themselves, those they care for and their relatives and because of the trust placed in them by their managers. In this climate the opportunities for staff to grow in competence, confidence and responsibility are immense.

Good staff are the key to every successful business but they are even more vital in delivering a kindly and respectful service to very dependent people. We have been fortunate to attract from the NHS and Social Services staff who do this 365 days and nights a year.
