The Manor and Eagle Nursing Homes aim to provide its residents with a secure, relaxed and homely environment in which their care, well being and comfort are of prime importance.

Our carers strive to preserve and maintain dignity, individuality and privacy of all residents within a warm and caring atmosphere and in doing so will be sensitive to the residents ever changing needs, be it physical, psychological, spiritual, emotional and/or social.

We are keen to involve each resident in the day to day activities and meetings, wither on an individual or group basis.

Our philosophy is based upon a person centred approach in that we provide a person centred, rather than a service led by the Home. We consider people's needs and perceptions during all aspects of care. If an individual is unable to do this for whatever reason then again where possible we would encourage the involvement of the family members or if appropriate an independent mental capacity advocate.
