Who we are
Trustworth Group is a nursing home operator with homes in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. We have been operating nursing homes for over 23 years and have an excellent reputation in the communities we serve.
Our Goals
Our goal is to run the best nursing homes in the areas we operate and to be the first choice amongst residents, their families and professional colleagues.
Care of the Elderly
We provide residential care for elderly people over the age of 65 with nursing or EMI needs. Our philosophy is about offering the best hands on nursing care as we would like to be cared for ourselves.
Management Style
We recognise that as the leader of the care team, the Home Manager is the single most important person in ensuring high quality care. As such we look for Home Managers who have truly excellent clinical skills and a hands on management style. Our Home Managers receive a high degree of support from the Senior Management team.
