Cornerstone House is a dynamic rehabilitation unit providing a 19 bed facility for adults with mental health issues. The ethos focuses around a holistic, client centred model and a range of therapeutic services which are offered to clients within a structured programme. The overriding aim of Vision Mental Healthcare is to provide clients with a pathway back to the community.
At Cornerstone House our guiding principle is the concept of recovery from mental health issues, which means that we believe in the restoration of a meaningful life despite serious illness.
It is our aim to work with our residents to move beyond mere survival and existence, and encourage them to progress and undertake activities and build relationships that will give their lives meaning, which in turn will facilitate their return to less supported living in future.
