Our client an established private healthcare provider is seeking an Absence Case Manager for their offices in Greenock, Scotland. The primary role of the post is to provide information and recommendations to Line Managers and HR staff, supporting them in managing their absent employees. The aim of the absence management is to ensure the right expert resources are applied at the right time - the ultimate goal being to return fit employees to work as soon as possible.
Experience required:
* You must be an RGN, RMN or OHA with a minimum of 5 years experience.
* A qualification in OH and experience within this field is desireable.
* Experience of absence management is desireable.br> * Experience of managing own caseload desirable.
