Our client, a leading provider of healthcare services, have around 18,000 homes for more than 30,000 people across the UK. They work in partnership with local authorities, organisations and residents to create safe, sustainable communities. They are currently seeking experienced care assistants, ideally looking for career progression, to join their nursing home with dementia care in the Battersea area.
You will need to be familiar with working in a elderly setting, ideal with clients suffering with dementia. You be committed to high quality care and able to work effective as part of the care team to improve the quality of life of older people within care services. You will need to be a team player, willing to take on a challenge and demonstrate clearly a desire to make the care home a flagship for dementia care within our organisation.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of six months experience of working within a similar environment, ideally holding or working towards NVQ2/3.
