Our client is a leading healthcare organisation that provides care and support for older people through a national network of residential care homes and community services. The nursing and residential home with dementia care is situated within the Wrexham area and benefits from close links with the local community and support groups.
They are recruiting a nurse manager with experience at a senior level within the health or social care sector, which includes direct line management, budget responsibilities, excellent marketing skills and a good understanding of person centred care and an ability to support and manage staff teams.
Good communication and administration skills along with the ability to prioritise and cope with a busy and varied workload are essential. Above all you will need to demonstrate empathy towards older people and an understanding of their needs. You will be RGN/RMN qualified with experienced at a senior level in a similar home management setting.
