CLINICAL MANAGER – BIRMINGHAM B15
Our client specialises in private cosmetic surgery across the UK. They have excellent success rates in what they do and are now looking for a Clinic Manager to join their team in their Birmingham clinic.
The main purpose of the job is to manage the clinic with a focus on profitability whilst maintaining a high quality of service to patients in accordance with legislation, in particular the requirement of the National Minimum Standards and associated regulations: Part 2 NMS 13 (3). Part 3. 15 (1-6). 16 (3-5). 21 (1-3). 23 (1-5)
Scope of Job
*Counsel Patients
* Sales and associated resource management
* Staff training and team development
* Efficient function of all services
* Quality and risk management
* Implementation and audit of company policies, procedures and protocols
* Maintenance of specific local policies and procedures
* Personal continual education, training and development
* There is a requirement to take part in our out of hours on-call service.
Qualifications: Registered Nurse
Salary is 30,000. – 32,000. dependant on experience and there is the opportunity to OTE of 45,000.
