Bupa Home Healthcare is recruiting for exciting Community based healthcare support workers. This is a community based role so a full driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential.
You will work from a patients home, providing support to the Nursing team whilst also interacting with the patient and assisting with personal care.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering quality care for patients, respecting their dignity and wishes
Ensuring patient comfort and safety
Empathising with patients and their families, providing support and information
Maintaining accurate patient records and liaising with the wider Nursing team
Prioritise the requirements of the role during each shift
Skills:
Ability to communication with a range of different people
Attention to detail
Organisation and time management skills
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Flexibility Variety of shifts available
No prior experience is necessary, we will provide full training.
