Eden Medical Recruitment are currently seeking experience senior nurses for Deputy Home Manager positions based in the UK. We have available vacancies in Brighton, Cambridgeshire and Kent.

based in Huntingdon, Cambs
Deputy Manager -
RGN or RMN hourly rate is £13.00 p.h The successful candidate must already have a team leader position (senior nurse position)
Ideally with Dementia Care Experience.

Position: Deputy Nursing Home Manager (RGN)
Location: Brighton
Salary: £14.00 p.h
Deputy Manager for a dual registered nursing home with residential and nursing clients.
Hours per week are 40 incl supernumery
Main responsibilities of the post: to manage and lead the Nursing team. To ensure excellent standards are maintained when assessing reviewing and implementing planned care, to provide leadership and supervise on -going training for the team. In the Managers absence on-call duties would be required and the ability to act up for the Manager in all aspects of that role.

Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Salary: £30,270 p.a
Deputy Manager for a 50 bed dual registered nursing home with 25 residential and 25 nursing clients.
Hours per week are 42 incl 12 hours supernumery
Main responsibilities of the post: to manage and lead the Nursing team. To ensure excellent standards are maintained when assessing reviewing and implementing planned care, to provide leadership and supervise on -going training for the team. In the Managers absence on-call duties would be required and the ability to act up for the Manager in all aspects of that role.
Salary: £30,270 + Benefits
