Our client is a leading independent healthcare provider with homes across the South East area. They own and operate over 10 care centres and nursing homes which are unique and offer consistently high standards of service and care. They are currently seeking a deputy nurse manager for their newly commissioned service in the Braintree area.
You will need to be a strong deputy manager with a proven track record in leading a care team to success. You will be completely committed to a resident centred care model and be confident to guide a team of staff through the changes necessary to ensure that this becomes a reality. With strong business acumen and understanding the balance between providing excellent care driven by residents and their families. Ideally you will have a sound knowledge of CSCI standards and a record of working within this framework.
Candidates will be RGN/RMN qualified, with knowledge of dementia care and a minimum of one years supervisory experience within a similar environment.
