Shaw Healthcare was established in 1986 to provide specialist care in a community based setting. From our Head Offices in South Wales we have gone on to develop healthcare facilities throughout the UK.
Crofters Lodge, located just outside of Bristol, is an 18 bedded Independent Hospital providing Specialist care for older people with mental health problems. At Crofters Lodge we are looking to recruit the following:
Deputy Manager [RNMH or RNLD] £30,000 per annum
As the Deputy Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager with
the overall day to day management of the hospital. You will ensure the highest quality of
service is provided for our patients through their person centered care plans and that all staff
are encouraged and supported to achieve and exceed their full potential.
Qualified as Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability nurse, you should be able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years post registration and management experience in a locked / secure setting.
