An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Head of Care in East Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to join a national charity dedicated to providing financial, social and emotional support to its millions of members across the UK.
Working within a medium sized nursing home in near Bexhill you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dedicated care and nursing staff. You will oversee admissions to the home and be responsible for overseeing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments. Candidates must be RN qualified with previous management experience. A recognised management qualification is desirable.
The salary offered is in the region of £32000 - £35000 per annum and will be subject to an enhanced CRB clearance. Contracted hours of work will be 35hrs per week and will include shift work.
