Our client, a private prison services provider, currently require 2 x heath care assistants to work within their category C private prison and Imigration removal centre in the Doncaster area.
Main duties will be to assist nursing staff within the healthcare department, to serve the interests of society, and above all, to safeguard the interests of individual patients. You will be responsible for carrying out competent care and treatment of detainees within the confines of a secure environment and according to PDS healthcare policies, protocols and procedures.
You will need to be an experienced care worker with a minimum of 6 months recent experience within healthcare services. Experience within secure services would be an advantage, as would NVQ2/3 in health cand social care. Salary is pro rota for part time and based up on qualifications and experience.
