A Registered Manager is required for a dementia care home in
Co. Durham.
Your role will be to ensure the home provides high standards of care to all Service Users and all Care Standards are met by each users requirements. This position provides good opportunities for career development within a well respected care provider.
Duties will include General Management, maintaining high standards, implementing CQC regulations, recruitment of staff, and providing a safe and comfortable environment to all visitors and service users.
Candidates must either hold a NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or equivalent and/or be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a management qualification.
Salary £35,000 per annum depending on experience + benefits & bonus
