A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Nurse Qualified Manager in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to join a privately owned nursing home for the elderly, providing exceptional nursing care with 25 beds.
Candidates should be a registered nurse with management experience within a nursing home environment. Candidates should be a strong manager with a proven track record of making service improvements. You will lead a dedicated care team with excellent resources to ensure the highest level of care for service users and will be responsible for the day to day running of the home. Applicants must be familiar with all the CQC, NHS, MCA and Social services guidelines. The RMA qualification would also be advantageous.
Salary £25k - £35k depending upon experience
