Nursing Home Manager
An exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced home manager to join an independent care provider in Wallsend.
My client provides both residential and nursing services for elderly including those with mental health issues.
The home is situated in a residential area close to Newcastle. The home is in easy reach of shops and other amenities, public transport and the motorway network.
My client is seeking a strong, experienced individual with drive and commitment who is seeking a new exciting challenge. Some one who is looking to take there career to the next level and achieve excellence.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
•Nurse Qualified (RGN or RMN)(current PIN)
•RMA Or NVQ 4
•Proven track record of successful home management including dementia care
•Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
•Registered with CSCI / CQC
•Dynamic & Enthusiastic
Duties will include:
•Overall responsibility of the home
•Staff management/appraisals/Training
•Care plans/reviews/meetings
•Budget
In return the successful candidate will receive a fantastic comprehensive manager’s salary package, including:
•A basic salary of up to £35k
