Our Client, a national independent provider of mental health services for individuals with dementia and complex mental health needs, seeks an experienced Registered Manager for a 33 bedded Nursing Home in Nottinghamshire. The post holder will work to improve the existing service, while presiding over an extensive refurbishment and expansion programme.
The post holder will be a highly organised mental health nurse, familiar with the implementation of change management processes within a care home setting.
The successful candidate will have leadership skills and an ability to motivate staff to achieve "Best Practice" standards of clinical and administrative care.
CVs and enquiries are sought from RMNs with a minimum of 3 years management experience in a similar environment. Evidence of CPD is essential.
