Brilliant chance to join a national organisation as a manager for one of it’s services.
The client is seeking RMA and/or NVQ qualified managers (or working towards) who have the knowledge and ability to work independently to create a supportive staff team and ‘family’ environment for service users.
Having over 2 years experience working in a senior role within similar settings you will understand the importance of promoting independence and developing daily living skills.
Over the past twenty years the group have built a reputation for service, quality and for the high level of care provided for Adults with learning difficulties.
Residents are encouraged to reach the best potential they can within a structured and supervised environment where as happy a life as possible is encouraged, irrespective of their physical or mental ability.
