Role: Paediatric Lead Nurse
Salary: £27,000- £31,000 (dependant on experience)

Outpatient clinics, on-site advanced diagnostic and imaging facilities, as well as three theatres for day surgery procedures, all under one roof. So you can, if necessary, obtain a diagnosis and begin treatment on the same day.
You:
You are a Registered Paediatric Nurse or equivalent with the appropriate governing body, as well as a Registered General Nurse, with Advanced Life Support (ALS)/ Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and substantial training and experience in paediatric care and protection.
You will be have experience of teaching, scheduling and assessing other medical staff and have at least three years as a qualified practitioner.
The Role:
Working closely with the Head of Clinical Services you will strive to meet targets for continuous improvement within the department, taking an active role in policy implementation and review.
You will provide a pivotal role in the Paediatric function, ensuring the smooth running and delivery of the service end- to- end. This will include the booking, pre- assessment and treatment of paediatric patients both as day case and outpatients.
