My client is recruiting for a Registered Nurse Manager for a registered care centre which caters for elderly residents with dementia, you will be a strong leader who believes passionately in delivering the highest standards of care. The home is a new build, purpose built supporting 100 plus residents.

From co-ordinating the orientation of newly appointed staff to leading quality initiatives, you will be pivotal to the well-being and advancement of the care home and its team. Negotiating partnerships with service and health providers and establishing a highly visible presence in the local community, you will set the standards for your team of staff to meet.

To apply you must be a Registered Nurse with a proven experience of running large homes and budgets. Extensive knowledge in Dementia is required.
