This fresh and rewarding Nurse job in South Tyneside will develop your skills in a specialised and supportive nursing environment, enabling you to demonstrate first-class care of the elderly.
Based in South Shields within easy commutable reach of Sunderland and Newcastle area, you will join a leader provider of care homes in the UK, offering an exceptional range of services in Nursing, Residential and Dementia care.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing team at a time of real change, implementing new and creative nursing programmes as part of a specialist professional team. You will take responsibility for the highest standard of care, updating and reviewing care plans, to ensuring effective, open and positive communication within the Home.
To be considered for this job you should be a registered Nurse, RGN/RMN with experience and a passion for caring for elderly people.
As a Registered Nurse based in South Tyneside your job responsibilities will include:
·Assess all aspects of Clients’ care needs, and provide health supervision and direct Nursing Care when required.
·Knowledge of regulations regarding administration of medicine
·Maintain accurate records and ensure that each Client within the Care Centre has an individualised are Plan
·Attend meetings as requested and to act upon discussions and information gained at these meetings.
