Working for a leading provider of Care Homes with over 700 residences across the UK. You will have overall responsibility for the smooth running of a 60-bed Nursing Home that provides convalescent and respite care for frail older persons and those with dementia, based in Wallyford, near Edinburgh.
This is a key management position that will suit a strong manager committed to the well-being of Clients and Staff Members, and to ensuring all Company policies and procedures, and all legal requirements are adhered to within defined timescales.
Key areas of responsibility will include care management, budgetory control, recruitment, training and development, marketing, and compliance with regulations/procedures.
Requirements:
- RMA (achieved/working towards) or equivalent
- Nursing Qualification (ideally RGN although RMN with additional clinical training will still be considered)
- Sound understanding of current CSCI Legislation
- Good track record working with older people in either a nursing/residential home or community setting.
