RMN required for a beautiful home based in Leeds.

Full or part-time hours available working various shifts.

This is a 60 bedded home both general and EMI over 2 floors.
It has a good CQC rating.

Duties will include day to day care and support to the residents, administer medication, liaise with outside agencies and various other care professionals as well as relatives, write, update and follow client care plans.
