BBT Health and Social Care is recruiting Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Nurses to work for an Independent Mental Healthcare Provider within South Wales.
The roles are based within an acute service offering assessment and intervention and support for people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour.
Positions are available at a number of medium low secure hospitals.
Nursing duties include:
Providing in-put in both the assessment and treatment of patients with active mental health needs.
Delivering high-quality patient care.
Communicating all relevant information across disciplines, to the nursing care team and to the relevant manager.
The ideal candidates must have:
Relevant previous clinical experience / or newly qualified
Supervision and monitoring skills
A passion and skills to develop/inspire a team.
Confidence and good communication skills
Successful Candidates will expect:
