Our client, a world class and highly regarded private hospital in Central London, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Registered Nurse for the position of Sister within their General Surgical ward.
This ward treats a variety of surgical speciality areas including General, Urology, Gynaecology, Plastics, Breast and ENT. The duties of the successful post holder will include the continuous management of this ward, allowing you to ensure that your abilities and impeccable standards are reflecetd in the quality of service delivery within the General Surgical environment. Your presence on the ward will be highly respected, as you will also be responsible for the professional and clinical leadership, management and development of the staff working on the ward.
Applications for the this position are invited from UK NMC Registered Nurses, with a minimum of four years post registration experience. Previous experience as a Ward Sister would be highly beneficial, as would your management experience and clinical vision. You should also possess a whole host of excellent interpersonal skills including outstanding communication and motivational skills.
Salary on offer will be in the region of £30,000.
