The Surgical Unit is looking for a dedicated, highly motivated Staff Nurse to work for our prestigious London Hospital.
Position Summary:
. Acute Abdominal Surgical Ward
. Clinical Responsibility
. Deputise for Ward Manager in her absence
General Responsibility:
. Clinical Management of the Ward
. Administrative Duties
. Supervisory Role
. Staff Appraisals
. Recruitment and interviewing
Requirements:
.NMC Registered
. Significant Surgical ward experience essential, with specialities of Liver, . Colorectal, Urology, Gynaecology.
. Evidence of Mentorship certification
. Evidence or willing to undertake Management Training.
. Clinical focus to role
. Recruitment and Interviewing skills desirable.
