Well this morning we all met up at uni to finish off the details for our nurse training. We collected forms which we had to check our contact details on and sign a form to say we have not had any further criminal charges since our CRB at the start of the course, and that we are in fit health to practice as a nurse. Then we had to collect our final three assignments. We were told the timelines for our NMC registration. As the course does not officially finish until 2nd Sep (this is our leave and directed study period) the forms cannot be sent to the NMC until 3rd Sep. We should then receive our NMC registration packs within three to four weeks after this.
The whole morning finished around 1030am. Cool. Am now all packed and ready to go. The removal van is due at 630am tomorrow. I've spent some of the afternoon catching up with some friends and saying my goodbyes. I will let you know how things go in Salford regarding my next course, and whether I actually get to work part time as a nurse. Until then, hope you all have a fantastic summer.
Thank you all for your support during my time writing this blog!
Matt
