Ludlow Street Healthcare, based in South Wales, is a successful, pioneering, high quality provider of specialist Mental Health, Learning Disability and Education services providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation leading to recovery. We take great pride in the service we have built for our service users and the staff we have trained and developed to deliver that service. We work in collaboration with and have preferred provider status with Welsh LHBs and the English PCTs.

Salary ranges for our roles are set out with the live vacancies on this website and after joining your salary will be reviewed periodically against objectives. We very much believe at Ludlow Street Healthcare that if you perform at or above the required standards that you should be rewarded appropriately for that.
Aside from the basic salary we offer a range of additional benefits, most of which are standard across all roles however others may be role dependent. Further details will be provided during the Recruitment Process.
