We have an amazing opportunity to join an organisation that specialise in the residential support for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities as an Assistant Manager.
Our clients a lovely growing organisation based in the Wiltshire area are looking for a driven, passionate and enthusiastic new Assistant Manager to work at there residential home in the Warminster area. The home is beautiful and has a capacity of up to 10 residents.
The responsibility of the Assistant Manager will be to support the registered manager with the day to day running of the residential home. You will have to line manage the other support workers, auditing, creating and implementing care plans, rota planning and making sure that the highest standard of care is being provided to the residents.
Our clients put the service users first and there well - being is the priority. This role is 40 hours per week and is 8am -16pm. However as you are supporting vulnerable people you will need to be flexible. If you don't manage to finish your work or there is an issue at the home, you will be need to be able to stay to make sure that everything gets finished.

The suitable candidate will have a QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. This is the perfect opportunity for someone currently working as a team leader and wanting to take the first step into management. You will be trained and supported in your new role to make sure that you are able to hit the ground running. If you are an experienced Assistant Manager looking for a new challenge this would be the ideal role for you.
