Job Description

A CCG in Midlands is looking to recruit a full-time Band 7 Locum Medicines Management Pharmacist for 3 months + to provide Medicines Management services to the GP practices within their designated area, with an overall aim of improving the use and provision of medicines to patients.

The role will involve working with patients, GPs, practice staff, other primary health care team staff, partner organization’s and other members of the CCG team, to ensure that patients get the best from their medicines.

You should have a good clinical background and excellent communication and presentation skills. Applicants will be computer literate, confident in working independently and able to prioritize workload and be well organized.

Knowledge of secondary care, primary care and the NHS is necessary. Full GPhC registration is a must.
