Permanent Care Assistant Job in Herne Bay
Due to an exciting period of growth we now have job vacancies in the Herne Bay area for experienced Care Assistants. We are looking for professional, dedicated and enthusiastic carers who can offer commitment to deliver ongoing, high quality care to our clients in the local area.
You will be joining the team through our Canterbury branch based in Station Road East, so will need to be willing to travel to branch for interview.
If you’re looking for flexible day, night or weekend shifts and the chance to choose your own rota with the added support of a permanent contract and a local line manager, this is the job for you!
You will play an essential part in supporting the well-being and quality of life of each individual in your care. Daily tasks may include assisting with washing and dressing, meal times, personal care and enabling clients to participate in their favourite activities.

In order to be considered for this Job you will need the following:
A certificate confirming your participation in a practical moving and handling course in the last 12 months, or be willing to book onto a Newcross course
If you have an NVQ2 / SVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or currently work in a care assistant job, you could be fast tracked through our recruitment process.
