As the Registered Manager of a busy home, you will have responsibility for running all aspects of its operation. That means not only ensuring it's commercial success, but more importantly ensuring quality of care for our residents providing both clinical excellence and a compassionate, nurturing environment.
This means we are looking for a special kind of manager. A natural leader who is organised and driven, can inspire and develop their colleagues whilst at all times maintain your passion for delivering the best possible care for our residents and their relatives/friends.
All new staff are given industry standard induction training, to include health and safety, manual handling and food hygiene and will be encouraged to continue their professional training.
