Clinical Lead - Full Time - £16.00 per hour - 36 hours - Over £29,952

Nursing Home - Kidderminster, Worcestershire

Eclypse Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Clinical Lead for a nursing home in Kidderminster, Worcestershire

The Nursing Home is set in 3⁄4 of an acre of landscaped, mature tree-lined gardens and is located in close proximity to Kidderminster. There are now thirty-two bedrooms which are furnished and equipped to a very high standard with most bedrooms having en-suite facilities. The home has now had a new wing added where they have a further five beautifully appointed bedrooms, commanding beautiful views across the gardens and surrounding tree lined pathways, all with en-suite facilities.

The homes caring and thoughtful staff contribute actively to promote individuality amongst the residents, to help them to achieve and maintain the maximum level of independence allowed by resident's physical and mental health.

Our clients approach to nursing care is based on the use of personalised care plans which are drawn up in collaboration with individuals we support and their families. At the Nursing Home they are committed to providing high quality care that is safe, compassionate, and responsive to the individual's needs

Our client is looking for a Clinical Lead to work full time hours, £16.00 per hour. The shifts will be days - 7 30 am- 8pm. Our client is offering paid breaks and training.

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RMN/RGN/RNLD)

Active NMC PIN

Desire to work in a nursing home environment

Responsibilities of the Clinical Lead:

  • Provide care for the residents on a daily basis undertaking direct nursing and general care, as required, including periods on night duty if necessary
  • Contribute positively to the setting and development of measurable standards of care relevant to the speciality
  • Responsible for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of care programmes
