Nursing Home Clinical Manager / Deputy Manager 

Job type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : Competitive
Hours : 40 hours per week
Holidays : 25 days plus public holidays

Are you a talented Clinical Manager/Deputy (RN) seeking a rewarding and challenging role with a forward thinking company? Then this may be the role for you, I am seeking an experienced clinical Manager  or perhaps a senior nurse wanting to take the next step in their career ,for my clients highend modern nursing home caring for residents with a variety of nursing needs, including dementia, respite care, palliative care and intermediate care. Experience of nursing in this area is essential.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role it is essential you have the following.....

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Registered Nurse with active NMC Pin number
  • A car driver (preferable but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be commercially aware
  • Be able to establish and maintain relationships with colleagues and key professionals
  • Understanding of the care needs of elderly people
  • Understanding of the National Care Standards & role of CQC
  • Understanding of the Health and Safety Act
  • Ability to risk manage and identify improvement areas in a care home setting
  • Someone who is innovative and is a team player
  • Management experience
