Clinical Services Manager ( RGN / RMN ) 

•    Location: Rochdale, Manchester
•    Salary: £35,000 per annum
•    Hours: Full time 40 Hours  
•    Shifts: Days 
•    Contract type: Permanent

Further details –
We are currently looking for someone who will play a key role within this perfectly located care home as a Clinical service manager. You will play a key role within the home, overseeing and assisting every aspect of nursing care and activities within the home. You will be responsible for creating and updating individual care plans for our residents as well as maintaining clear, accurate, up-to-date medication records. Drawing on your clinical experience, you will provide valuable support, guidance and assistance to the team around you

What you'll need
•    To demonstrable passion for caring for the elderly. 
•    A proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team
•    A willingness to coach, guide and support your team on a daily basis 
•    A genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development. 

Applicants must be RGN or RMN trained and must hold a valid PIN.
