COMPLIANCE / AUDIT & REGULATION MANAGER - CARE HOMES OLDER PEOPLE - EAST & WEST MIDLANDS
SALARY £50,000 PLUS BENEFITS
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF AUDITING NURSING / RESIDENTIAL HOMES FOR OLDER PEOPLE & WORKED AS A CQC INSPECTOR
My client has an exciting opportunity for an internal auditor to support and advise care homes in the Midlands.
Reporting directly to the company Regulation Manager you will ensure the homes meet the regulatory and legislative compliance of both CQC and the company. You will achieve this by undertaking internal regulation audits and reports.
Providing support to Regional / Operations / Home Managers on regulatory matters. Developing policies and best practice guidance. You will support the homes with regulatory issues and resolve these in a timely manner.
Attending both regional and national regulatory events to keep your knowledge up to date.
You must have previous auditing experience within the care home environment and ideally have managed a fully compliant care home at some point in your career. Ideally you will be working or worked as a CQC Inspector.
