Deputy Home Manager ( RMN or RGN )

•    Location: Croydon, South London
•    Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Paid breaks Salary is negotiable depending on experience 
•    Hours: Full Time 40 Hours
•    Shifts: Days 
•    Contract type: Permanent

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Deputy Manager to join our team and take responsibility for all aspects and areas of care within the home in Croydon, South London. The Care Home offers Parkinson’s, palliative and general nursing care for older adults. The Care Home enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high with a great CQC. 

We are looking for:
•    A confident leader, willing to be hands-on and who shares our passion and dedication for making every day special for our residents
•    A Registered General Nurse with full valid PIN
•    A natural educator with leadership experience, you will constantly look for ways to share knowledge of best practice with those around you
•    A good time manager, who can prioritise effectively and work independently,
