Our client is one of the fastest growing Dialysis companies in the UK. They have several units located across the UK and are currently looking to recruit for their units in London and Greater London. Whether you currently reside in London or are considering re-locating our client has various units across the city you will have a choice of locations.
We are currently recruiting Registered General nurses to join their team in Crawley, Surry. They aim to provide all the necessary treatment for patients from Peritoneal Dialysis to Haemodialysis. Although experience is this field would be an advantage, full training is offered to nurses with an interested in working in this specialist area.

Reporting to the unit manager you will be responsible for assessing the care needs to the patients, taking into account current and previous lifestyle. You will assess, plan and implement the appropriate treatment to patients ensuring it meets clinical requirements and patients work, family and social needs. You will work with the team to ensure an adequate care plan is implemented. Part of your role will also involve providing psychological support to patients and advising their families of further support that may be required. You will have an innate ability to quickly identify any issues or concerns and act accordingly. You will also play a role in mentoring junior members of staff and carry out any ad hoc duties required by more senior member of staff.
To be considered for this role you would have:
- Registered General Nursing Degree
- NMC Registration
- Experience of working in a care setting
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
