We are seeking the most compassionate and empathetic Healthcare Assistants to join the Newcross team, working to support local clients in the Ellesmere Port areas including Heswall, Helsby and Neston. It is essential that you have previous experience in a caring role and are confident in your skills to deliver the highest quality, person-centred care.
You will be supporting service users with a variety of different healthcare requirements, each with a personalised care plan suited to their individual needs. You will be providing care that supports life activities, enabling people to live as independently as possible, as well as caring for people with nursing and/or dementia needs.
So if you can offer an ongoing commitment to promote the day-to-day lives of people in your local area, we can offer you flexible working hours suited to your availability, but with all the security of a permanent, guaranteed hours contract.
You should be willing to travel locally to reach client locations, and also to your local Chester branch on occasion for interview and free ongoing training (earned as you work). Drivers are desirable but not essential.

A certificate confirming your participation in a practical moving and handling course in the last 12 months, or be willing to book onto a Newcross course
