Job Description

Are you an experienced nurse with an ICU background? Would you be keen to work for one of the leading private hospital brands in the UK?     If so this could be the role for you!     TTM Healthcare is working alongside a respected private hospital group to recruit ward nurses for their facility based in Oxfordshire.     About this nursing role
Critical care is where your skills and training really come into play. No two patients are the same and every day is different. Working at this prestigious hospital, you can be secure in the knowledge that you’ll have all the support, training you need to handle whatever the role brings.

They understand what makes you great as a nurse – your skills, dedication, ability to spot a problem and act quickly, as well as your empathetic approach. Together, these different aspects of care are what make our patients’ journeys memorable – for all the right reasons.

Reporting to the HDU and Resus Lead you’ll be part of a close-knit, multidisciplinary team. And, with a consultant-led service, you’ll be working directly with some of the best clinical talent around, gaining experience with new practices, equipment and facilities. These are all maintained to our high standards as this hospital takes great pride in their low infection rates and high CQC scores .

Your key accountabilities will be:
  • Supervising and supporting clinical support staff and junior staff in the delivery of care, providing education, training and mentorship to meet development needs
  • Delivering high quality patient care, which is clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate
  • Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care as part of a collaborative programme

This purpose-built hospital has 64 beds, 8 theatres, an intensive care unit and other state-of-the-art facilities. We work with some of the world’s leading surgeons in a wide range of disciplines, including orthopaedics, cardiothoracic and neurosurgery. Staff are respected for their professional expertise and encouraged to get involved in decision-making. Located in Headington it is convenient for buses and the park and ride scheme.   Salary up to £34000 + benefits   Please call Suzanne on [Click here to apply] or email your CV [Click here to apply]
