Location: Yorkshire

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 (£12.82-£15.38per hour)

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs)

Contract Type: Permanent

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced ODP Anaesthetics to join a fantastic theatre team at a very reputable private hospital in Yorkshire. The hospital is bright warm and welcoming and set in a beautiful location. It is one of the leading independent private healthcare providers in the area.The hospital provides a number of services from day-care to major surgery and general medical care including orthopaedic procedures, such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacement. Treatments at the clinic include knee cartilage surgery, knee arthroscopy, knee ligament surgery, cataract surgery and shoulder muscle repair. There is also one theatre especially suitable for minor local anaesthetic procedures. The hospital is in a central location and is easily accessible via public transport links around the Yorkshire area.

What you'll be doing:

  • As ODP Anaesthetics you will provide quality planned care for patients during care for patients during their peri operative phase of care
  • As ODP Anaesthetics you will assist in the delivery of patient care
  • As ODP Anaesthetics you will contribute to quality improvement
  • As ODP Anaesthetics you will develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and self
  • As ODP Anaesthetics you will apply legislation, policies and procedures correctly

What you'll need:

  • As ODP Anaesthetics you will be a Registered Practitioner with NMC or HPC registration
  • As ODP Anaesthetics you will have an External Advance Scrub Practitioner qualification.
  • As ODP Anaesthetics you will have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • As ODP Anaesthetics you will have the ability to work as part of a team
  • As ODP Anaesthetics you will have experience of applying clinical reasoning skills across a range and varied patient case mix and competent across a range of skills
