We are seeking a capable and dynamic Manager to work in our client's busy Oncology Department at their acute hospital site, located in the greenbelt community and royal spa town of Tunbridge Wells, Kent, within easy reach of the M25. This is a full-time role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of oncology nurse practitioners and Macmillan nurse specialists and will be able to support the Matron in the development and expansion of the Oncology service and the support of junior staff.
Registered Nurse with full NMC registration
Minimum of five years' (at least one year UK-based) post-registration experience in Oncology, including taking charge of a department.
Experience including the administration of Chemotherapy.
Phlebotomy, cannulation and Central Venous Access Devices skills.
A relevant Masters degree and/or a recognised post-registration Oncology qualification.
A recognised Teaching and Assessing/Mentorship qualification is essential.
